Nippon Seiko and Japan's Nansin Co., Ltd. have jointly developed a simple Injection Molding die using Monomer Casting Nylon, which will be used in small batch products.
The biggest feature of this product is the simple processing, can quickly complete the mold production, the delivery time will take 2 weeks to shorten the past 2 days. Past simple mold resins have only about 200°C heat resistance, while simple molds have heat resistance up to 250°C, and durability of thousands or even tens of thousands of impacts. And, with the new mold production, the manufacturing cost can be reduced to about 1/3.
