Compression Molding is a process that put the powder, granular or fibrous plastic into the mold cavity with temperature, and then close the mold pressure to make it forming and curing operations. Molding can be used for thermosetting plastics, thermoplastics and rubber materials.

You can have different shoreA or shore D hardness upon on your requirement.

The process is better for the mass productions with big volume whatever small or big size product.

Molding process is the use of resin curing reaction in each stage of the characteristics to achieve product molding, that is, the molding material plasticized, flow and filled with mold cavity, resin curing. In the flow process of the molding material filling the mold cavity, not only the resin flow, but also the reinforced material flow, so the molding pressure of the molding process is higher than other process methods, which belongs to the high pressure molding. Therefore, it needs not only the hydraulic press which can control the pressure, but also the metal mold with high strength, high precision and high temperature resistance.
